Monday's Menu

As promised, here it is. Now, I already made changes, bc I didn't *plan* on the afternoon snack, but PMS is starting to happen, and changes HAD to be made.

DPT: 30

AM: (4)
(2) Coffee w 2 tbs creamer
(1) 2 oz Luncheon Meat Turkey, wrapped with
(1) 1 Laughing Cow French Onion cheese
(0) 1 Clementine

Lunch: (13)
(10) 1 serving Ziti (recipe as posted previously)
(3) 2 pieces Hershey's Mint Mini's (seasonal treat)
(0) 1 clementine

Afternoon Snack: (5)
(3) 2 tbsp chocolate icing
(2) 1 cracker with about 1 tsp Port Wine spreadable cheese
(0) apple + pineapple

Dinner: (8)
(5) 1 serving 3 Bean Turkey Chili (Skinnytaste Recipe, with 12 oz turkey, instead of what is listed)
(2) 1/4 c RF shredded cheddar cheese
(1) 1 tsp evoo, mixed into chili


So, basically, this hits all of my GHG's today, except for 1 healthy oil. I had planned to have two servings of the chili, but after my little "controlled binge," I only have room for 1 serving, so I may add celery with my chili if I'm not quite full. I'm sitting here planning my meals for tomorrow, so when I am done, I will be sure to post!
